Job Summary: AJEMEX (BIG COLA) seeks a professional to manage the Walmart account, develop strategic plans, and lead internal teams for the growth of AJE brands. Key Highlights: 1. AJEMEX (BIG COLA) is a market-leading company in the beverage consumption sector. **Job Requirements** * Manage the Walmart account with a highly financial focus while understanding market needs, category dynamics, and competitor landscape. * Develop a strategic and promotional plan to enhance the positioning of AJE brands within the retail chain, thereby driving revenue, volume, and profitability growth. * Serve as the primary point responsible for managing and leading various internal teams to ensure customer compliance as well as the development of new projects, catalog listings, and agreements. · Commercial management with the client · Ensure deliveries, inventory availability, and coordinate with logistics departments · Collaborate with Marketing to launch and innovate products suitable for the channel/retail chain · Identify new strategies to increase numerical distribution of the AJE portfolio across all channels. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary plus commissions. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Savings fund. * Gasoline vouchers. * Minor medical expense insurance.
