We are looking for an Auditor to join on a permanent basis in Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, under an on-site, full-time arrangement. The candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits, evaluating controls and regulatory compliance, and generating reports with strategic recommendations. Additionally, they will closely collaborate with various operational departments to drive continuous improvements and support external audits. Plan and conduct internal audits across Grupo Batta's different commercial formats. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with financial and quality regulations. Prepare detailed reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans. Follow up on the implementation of improvements and verify their effectiveness. Collaborate with operational departments to optimize processes and reduce risks. Support the preparation and coordination of external audits. Keep the audit manual and internal control policies up to date. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in internal or external auditing. Knowledge of applicable local standards and regulations. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Analytical ability, attention to detail, and strong ethical standards.
