Position Summary: Coordinate and manage supervisory resources and team to ensure efficient operations at the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with the Operational Plan. Position Objective: Coordinate/manage supervisory resources and team under direct responsibility to achieve efficient operations at the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with the Operational Plan and adherence to related processes. Requirements: Industrial Engineering degree, Business Administration degree, or related field. Intermediate Excel proficiency (verifiable). Experience in similar positions with personnel under supervision (4 direct reports / 70 indirect reports). Availability of time and willingness to travel (if required). We Offer: Job stability.
