




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring timely payment of salaries, commissions, and benefits, as well as providing support in accounting activities. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll and benefits administration for staff. 2. Assistance in maintaining accounting and tax records. 3. Optimization of payroll calculation and closing processes. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Achieve and/or maintain timely payment of salaries, commissions, bonuses, and social security benefits to all staff, as well as provide support in accounting activities. **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Submit time clock reports or attendance reports to each department and/or request them from external companies. * Review attendance incidents, Fonacot and Infonavit credits, and commission calculations. * Calculate final settlement payments (finiquitos). * Manage payroll schemes and enter data into the payroll system. * Prepare payroll payment files (bank transfers and checks). * Prepare and submit accounting vouchers for paid payrolls. * Request linkage of new bank accounts, verify account status, create independent macros, and email the Administrative Manager. * Perform monthly account reconciliations for closing, IMSS registration, IMSS contributions, SAR, and Infonavit. * Review vacation entitlements, and maintain accurate records of vacations taken and pending for staff across companies. * Update working papers, maintain, correct, and optimize working papers used for payroll calculations, accounting closings, and other purposes. * Grocery vouchers: calculate voucher payroll, close, and stamp (timbrado).
