Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to analyze production and malfunction records, recommend solutions, and integrate requirements into manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program. 2. Manage the department's assigned budget. 3. Coordinate department personnel activities. Cd. Juárez, Chih. **Manager, Maintenance \- JRZ** Analyze production and malfunction records to identify issues and recommend solutions (e.g., changes in procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve cost estimates and scheduling to integrate these requirements into existing manufacturing activities. Responsibilities * Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program covering all equipment. * Prepare monthly reports for performance presentation. * Prepare lists of required spare parts and critical equipment needed to carry out activities. * Halt equipment or machinery operation when any risk exists. * Manage the department's assigned budget. * Maintain machinery maintenance records. * Coordinate department personnel activities. * Comply with and enforce company regulations, policies, standards, and applicable legal requirements. * Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group’s Environmental, Health, Safety and Energy Policy. * Comply with environmental, safety, health, and energy requirements stipulated in Federal, State, and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products, fulfilling the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to this position. * Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including achievement of EMASS objectives and targets. **Required Profile** **Education and Experience:** * Internal candidate: minimum 1 year in current position * Mechatronics preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field * 7–10 years of experience **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Hydraulics * Preventive and Corrective Maintenance * Advanced English * Introduction to ISO 50001:2018 **Preferred:** * ISO 50001:2018 Requirements/Internal Auditor * ISO 50001:2018 Lead Auditor * Energy savings and efficiency * Continuity measurements on grounding conductors * Design and calculation of capacitor banks * RED Code 2\.0 and its interpretation * Training in use of measurement equipment. **Competencies** * Communication * Leading teams * Planning and organization * Taking initiative * Making operational decisions * Leading within a safety framework **Benefits** * This is an active full-time vacancy with competitive benefits and compensation. * Equal Opportunity Employer – Inclusive Company.
