




Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Sales Supervisor to coordinate strategies, manage expenses, lead teams, and resolve customer issues. Key Highlights: 1. A leading automotive industry company is looking for a Sales Supervisor for its dealership. Responsibilities: * Coordinates between sales and financing departments to align sales strategy across these areas. * Manages departmental expenses and costs. * Leads meetings with Sales Advisors to communicate the sales strategy and identify opportunities for improvement, providing concrete action plans. * Collaborates with Human Resources to define the salesperson profile and recruit sales staff. * Resolves serious issues with sales or after-sales customers. * Analyzes market trends and tracks sales metrics (e.g., test drives, showroom traffic, customer-based sales, invoicing, etc.). * Collaborates with the Commercial Management team to design optimal sales strategies for floor sales, prospecting, and fleet sales. * Defines performance measurement parameters to assess the success of implemented strategies. * Develops Work Plans based on emerging needs and objectives. * Ensures continuous compliance with commercial policies to maintain healthy operations. * Plans and supervises optimal care and utilization of new vehicle inventory, safeguarding it and maintaining proper handling per certification guidelines. * Responsible for updating the inventory control report. * Conducts analysis to calculate commissions and bonuses for Sales Advisors.
