We are pleased to invite you to participate in a selection process for the **DRE / PE** position. **Position Objective:** To support the design, development, and implementation of product engineering changes, ensuring integrity, performance, and compliance with customer specifications through proper execution of engineering activities, change management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * 0–2 years of experience (internships or initial experience in product/digital engineering desirable). * Basic knowledge of change management or product development. * Analytical skills, proactivity, communication, and teamwork abilities. **Technical Knowledge:** * Core Tools: PFMEA/DFMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA. * Interpretation of drawings and GD\&T. * Engineering change management (ECR, CN, BOM). * Problem-solving methodologies (8D, Fast X, basic Six Sigma). * Proficiency in Excel. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support implementation of engineering changes, ensuring timely documentation and releases (ECR, CN, BOM). * Track activities in PLM systems and product configuration management. * Evaluate design changes considering technical impact, quality, cost, and manufacturability. * Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers on project development and problem resolution. * Support root cause analysis of production and field failures, as well as product improvements. * Participate in design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA, and validation processes (DV, PV). * Prepare and track technical documentation (PPAP, validation reports, drawings, specifications). * Contribute to achieving quality, cost, delivery, and product performance metrics. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Nexteer Production System (NPS) standards.
