Smith focuses on new product development, global expansion, and strategic partnerships. **Primary Responsibilities** * Provide first aid to ill and/or injured employees in accordance with established procedures and compliance with the Safety, Health, and Environment Management System and the Internal Work Regulations (IWR). * Conduct medical examinations for newly hired, special, and routine personnel. * Maintain control of the clinical records for employees assigned to the designated area or department. * Support doctors during medical consultations with employees. * Conduct food handling audits in the cafeteria service. * Follow up with employees on disability leave to ensure timely return to work. **Requirements** * Nursing degree required. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maquiladora industry. * Knowledge and application of occupational health, first aid, and CPR. * Knowledge and application of ergonomics, industrial safety, and hygiene. * Record management and file organization skills. * Excellent service-oriented attitude.
