Comprehensive supervision of real estate projects **Project Manager / Scrum Master – Real Estate Development** **Job Description:** A real estate company is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master with proven experience in real estate development, responsible for coordinating projects, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor projects using agile and traditional methodologies. * Lead Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams. * Track progress, risks, budgets, and deliverables. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. * Supervise real estate projects from planning through execution. * Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports. * Implement process and methodology improvements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development (mandatory).** * Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master. * Knowledge of Scrum and PMI methodologies. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management tools. * Experience coordinating construction work and suppliers. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
