Job Summary: Responsible for operating and adjusting CNC machinery, executing precision machining processes, inspecting part quality, and optimizing cycle times. Key Highlights: 1. CNC machine operation and adjustment 2. Precision machining execution with high accuracy standards 3. G-code and M-code programming for CNC lathes and milling machines Proven experience in CNC machine operation and adjustment. The candidate will be responsible for executing machining processes meeting high standards of precision and quality. Inspect the quality of produced parts using measuring instruments. Participate in basic preventive maintenance activities. Interpret technical drawings. Generate G-code and M-code programs for CNC lathes and milling machines. Select cutting tools and define cutting parameters. Perform simulations and dry runs. Optimize cycle times and reduce waste. Knowledge of CNC machine setup and commissioning. Document processes and setup sheets. Comply with industrial safety and quality standards. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
