Manage personnel and materials at the construction site. **JOB PROFILE** **Minimum Education**: Bachelor's Degree / Engineering **Field of Study**: Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture **Experience**: 3 years (civil works) **Gender**: Unrestricted **Age**: 30 years (preferably) **CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SEEKING A CIVIL SITE SUPERVISOR FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Planning of work to be carried out * Inspection and execution of construction work, complying with each phase and requirements specified in drawings, specifications, and other necessary documents. * Ensuring that scheduled construction milestones are met as planned * Personnel deployment and management * Procurement of materials in advance; verification of their condition and quality prior to execution. * Interpretation of drawings * Reporting any anomalies or discrepancies encountered during construction execution to the Construction Manager. * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace * Promptly reporting to the Construction Manager any risks, incidents, hazards, or opportunities arising, having arisen, or likely to arise on-site, involving one or more stakeholders. **HIRING IS FOR LOCAL RESIDENTS ONLY** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
