We invite you to keep growing and join us as:** **Regional Manager for Sales and Collections** **Location: Chihuahua** **Challenges in this role:** 1\. Execute plans to meet the operational business needs of your region, enabling Development Managers and assigned agents to achieve established KPIs and thereby contribute to branch profitability. 2\. Conduct the DM onboarding process (Shadowing) to ensure full understanding of business operations and scope of responsibilities. 3\. Plan and implement risk-mitigation measures jointly with the Security department to address situations or practices impacting operations. 4\. Supervise Branch Managers and agents to ensure adherence to company policies, credit controls, current legislation, and security practices, thereby guaranteeing smooth operational flow. 5\. Monitor performance metrics within your section and implement necessary support actions (task forces, visits, etc.) to achieve section- and area-level goals and objectives. \* **If you possess the following:** * Experience working under goal-oriented frameworks * Basic experience in recruitment * Experience in direct sales * Basic experience in training * Experience in collections * Experience managing people (managerial positions) **Important:** * You must achieve a minimum LTM cash rating in 2025 * Metrics such as sales, collections, and turnover must align with defined targets * Completion of your Leadership and Regulatory courses (internally verified) **Are you interested in this challenge?
