Position Summary: We are seeking an IMSS Payroll Analyst with knowledge of SIROC for payroll management and calculation, as well as compliance with obligations. Key Points: 1. Supporting proper payroll management **IMSS Payroll Analyst** **Location:** Big Ben Building, Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico **Salary:** $13,000 to $15,000 monthly, depending on experience **Position Type:** Full-time **Position Description** We are looking for an **IMSS Payroll Analyst** with expertise in **SIROC payroll** to join our team and support accurate payroll management and calculation, as well as compliance with obligations before the relevant authorities. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration, or related field**. * Experience with **SIROC payroll**. * Experience in **payroll calculation across different pay periods**. * Experience in **preparing severance settlements (finiquitos)**. * Proficiency in the **NOI system**. * Knowledge of **COFI, SUA, and IDSE generation and handling**. * Knowledge of **ISN calculation**. **Skills** * Strong **analytical ability**. * **Organization** and attention to detail. * **Self-directed learning capability**. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$13,000 to $15,000**, depending on experience. * **20 days of Christmas bonus (aguinaldo)**. * **25% vacation premium**. * **12 vacation days**. * **7\.5% savings fund contribution**. * **Major medical expense insurance**. * **Monthly food vouchers worth $1,000**.
