Position Summary: A professional responsible for budget tracking and analysis, identifying variances, proposing improvements, and generating executive reports. Key Highlights: 1. Support in budget preparation and improvement of controls. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration * Proven work experience in the field, minimum 3 years in accounting, auditing, or budgetary control. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office (primarily advanced Excel) * ERP or accounting system proficiency * General knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and tax regulations * SAP * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and ability to work in a team. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct monthly budget vs. actual tracking by company and by category. * Identify, analyze, and document significant variances. * Question responsible departments regarding variances and validate their justifications. * Track action plans for correcting variances. * Verify consistency among accounting, financial, and budgetary information. * Support budget preparation and updates. * Generate clear and timely executive reports for management. * Identify financial risks arising from variances or poor practices. * Propose improvements to controls, processes, and budget tracking.
