Promotion of the restoration of CAY's rights Job Description NPH Mexico seeks a Social Worker with experience working with vulnerable populations to provide comprehensive follow-up for children, adolescents, and youth (CAY), accompany family reintegration and reunification processes, and promote the restoration of their rights. Responsibilities · Comprehensive social follow-up for CAY. · Preparation of sociofamilial assessments. · Family interviews and home visits. · Compilation and updating of case files. · Contact and follow-up with families. · Social reports and life histories. · Coordination with DIF and relevant authorities. · Assessment for family reintegration. · Post-discharge follow-up. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (degree certificate and professional license required). · Minimum two years of experience working with vulnerable populations. · Institutional or residential experience. · Knowledge of legal procedures concerning CAY. · Experience in family reunification is desirable.
