We are looking for responsible and committed individuals with a safety mindset and operational discipline who enjoy working on construction projects and wish to grow within the industry. **Education:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Preferred: Technical high school diploma or technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Construction, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–2 years operating heavy machinery (grader, backhoe loader, bulldozer, or similar). * Knowledge of land grading, excavation, and fill operations. * Basic proficiency with surveying instruments (level, tape measure, total station preferred). **Importance of Your Role** * Operate the grader to ensure precision in excavation, fill, and land grading. * Perform maneuvers safely in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations. * Conduct daily machine inspections and report any issues. * Support coordination with surveyors and site supervisors. * Meet established production and safety targets. **Mobility:** * Willingness to travel to various project sites. **What We Offer:** * Weekly payroll payment ($6,000.00). * Weekly per diem (1,200.00). * Additional weekly support of $500.00. * Accommodation provided (camp setup included). * Transportation reimbursement (every two months), ticket reimbursement. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Training. **What You Need:** * **DC-3** * **Social Security Number (NSS)** * **INE** (copy) * **CURP** (copy) * **Tax Status Certificate** * **Proof of Address** * **Birth Certificate** * **Criminal Background Check** * **BBVA Interbank Key** * **Academic Transcript or Diploma** * **Employment References** (preferred) * **Medical Certificate.** Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
