Provided work tools MEGACABLE IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS: RECRUITER JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES - Develop strategies for the recruitment and selection cycle by analyzing selection source indicators to ensure timely and effective vacancy coverage. - Post targeted candidate-attracting content on various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to maximize candidate capture. - Conduct market analysis to identify functional tools for Recruitment and Selection 2.0, verifying their feasibility and adapting them to internal processes. - Carry out the selection process by conducting interviews and applying filters to assess knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes aligned with the requirements of the positions to be filled. - Request feedback on candidate proposals. Apply assessments (psychometric tests, medical exams, reference checks, socioeconomic studies) to candidates approved during the hiring manager’s review. - Prepare and present the selected candidate with the economic offer.
