RESPONSIBILITIES: • Publishing and promoting job openings across various recruitment channels. • Conducting telephone screenings and competency-based interviews. • Coordinating and tracking interviews with candidates and internal clients. • Updating databases and preparing recruitment reports. • Supporting mass recruitment processes. • Timely follow-up with candidates throughout the entire selection process.
