Job Summary: Provide specialized technical-commercial support by designing and validating connectivity, security, IP telephony, and enterprise networking solutions to successfully close business opportunities. GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: Provide specialized technical-commercial support throughout the sales process by designing and validating connectivity, security, IP telephony, and enterprise networking solutions—ensuring technical feasibility of projects, reducing operational risks, and contributing to the successful closure of commercial opportunities. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct on-site and remote pre-sales technical activities for enterprise projects. Design connectivity, perimeter security, VoIP, and networking solutions aligned with customer requirements. Validate technical feasibility, installation scope, and operational viability of projects prior to commercial closure. Support the sales team during meetings, technical assessments, and client presentations. Identify technical risks and propose viable alternatives to ensure proper service implementation. Prepare technical documentation, descriptive reports, and deliverables for operational departments. Coordinate the transfer of technical information to implementation and support departments. Track commercial opportunities from a technical perspective, ensuring appropriate requirement definition. Participate in site visits for technical assessments, validations, and support of strategic projects. Maintain effective communication among commercial, technical, and operational departments. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Networks, Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Electronics, or related field. Desirable: certifications or courses in networking, cybersecurity, or telecommunications. Intermediate technical English for reading and interpreting specialized documentation. · EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, telecommunications, networking, or enterprise solution integration. Experience collaborating with commercial teams and serving corporate clients. Experience in implementation, activation, or support of telecommunications services. Experience conducting technical assessments and infrastructure validations. Desirable: experience in enterprise connectivity, IP telephony, and perimeter security projects. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: LAN/WAN networks, routing, and switching. Enterprise connectivity services and dedicated Internet. IP telephony, SIP, and VoIP solutions. Perimeter security, firewalls, and Layer 7 concepts. Design and documentation of technological solutions. Interpretation of technical and commercial requirements. Preparation of technical reports and operational documentation. Collaboration and digital documentation tools.
