Job Summary: The Dedicated Transportation Analyst is responsible for providing operational support to daily transportation activities, ensuring logistical execution, traceability, and on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Support in the operational coordination of transportation routes. 2. Timely tracking of deliveries (real-time tracking). 3. Identification and reporting of distribution incidents. SEEKS A DEDICATED TRANSPORTATION ANALYST **Job Description:** Responsible for providing operational support to daily transportation activities, ensuring that logistics processes are executed according to established routes, with full traceability, proper documentation control, and on-time delivery compliance. Works closely with supervisors and carriers to maintain uninterrupted operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in the operational coordination of transportation routes. * Timely tracking of deliveries (real-time tracking). * Control and validation of proof-of-delivery (POD) evidence. * Data entry and management in transportation tools or systems. * Identification and reporting of distribution incidents. * Updating performance and compliance reports. * Support in document management for the distribution area. * Management of trips in TEP. * Spot and dedicated services. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Professional Experience:** * At least 1–2 years in operational roles within logistics or transportation. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic/intermediate proficiency in TMS tools and Excel. * Familiarity with distribution processes and delivery documentation. * **Operational Skills:** * Focus on timely execution and accuracy in documentation. * Strong data handling and task-tracking capabilities. * **Communication:** * Ability to maintain clear and direct communication with operators and internal customers. * **Problem Solving:** * Prompt detection of errors or deviations in routing or documentation. * Effective escalation of incidents to the appropriate team. **Key Job Objectives:** * Ensure operational visibility through timely delivery tracking. * Guarantee complete control and recovery of delivery documentation. * Support operational efficiency through indicator recording and monitoring. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Experience in distribution for dedicated and spot services. * Experience in third-party transportation. * Experience in KPI tracking (on-time delivery, etc.). * Flexible availability. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Performance bonus. * Growth opportunities.
