Main Responsibilities Acquire and retain customers (field activities and telephone follow-ups). Provide excellent service and customer support. **Implement commercial strategies:** promotions, price adjustments, flyer distribution. Knowledge of pawn valuation (optional). Attract customers both inside and outside the Point of Sale. Requirements **Knowledge in:** gold valuation, currency exchange, basic Excel. **Experience:** customer service, sales, pawnbroking, field work (currency exchange), retail. **Skills:** teamwork, responsibility. Willingness to undergo one-week training in Mexico City, with expenses covered. Availability for weekly rotating shifts (8:30 AM–5:30 PM and 12:00 PM–9:30 PM) and to work Monday through Sunday (midweek days off).
