Customer service and basic vehicle maintenance **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and punctual driver to join our logistics team. Your primary responsibility will be delivering goods to end customers or establishments, ensuring products arrive on time and in good condition while consistently providing excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Delivery and Distribution:** Execute the assigned route efficiently. * **Cargo Management:** Load, secure, and unload cargo in the vehicle. * **Route Planning:** Optimize travel time using navigation tools or local area knowledge. * **Basic Maintenance:** Inspect and report the condition of the assigned vehicle to ensure proper operation. * **Customer Service:** Verify recipient identity and, when required, handle payments or signed delivery receipts. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–3 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * **Documentation:** Valid driver's license (Type E, State-issued). * **Skills:** Knowledge of local routes, operation of cargo vehicles (ranging from 1\.5 to 4\.5 tons or higher, as required), and good physical condition. * **Education:** Completed secondary education preferred. **We Offer:** * **Competitive Salary:** Weekly payment. * **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus. * **Additional Benefits:** Grocery vouchers, paid training, and growth opportunities.
