




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized accounting professional to handle accounting, tax, and administrative management tasks, with strong customer service orientation and proficiency in accounting tools. Opportunity for professional development in a direct customer service role For this position, we require a candidate holding a Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role involving accounting, tax, and administrative management for individuals and legal entities, financial data recording, and compliance with current tax obligations. Solid knowledge of general accounting, VAT law, Income Tax Law, intermediate Excel skills (data entry, filters, and pivot tables), SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and IMSS Virtual Desktop usage, basic payroll processes, and a strong interest in customer service is essential. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proactivity, openness to learning, organization, punctuality, teamwork, service-oriented attitude, methodical aptitude, attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment. The main responsibilities of this position: Recording and control of transactions in accounting ledgers. Coding and data entry of accounting and financial information. Preparation and basic analysis of financial statements. Execution of bank reconciliations. Management of the SAT portal and support in filing tax returns. Support in tax determination (Income Tax and VAT). Support in payroll calculation and control. Usage and handling of accounting software (e.g., Aspel or others). Handling of platforms: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and IMSS Virtual Desktop. Direct customer service for clarification of accounting and tax inquiries. Follow-up on assigned administrative and tax requirements. The workplace will be at our offices located at Blvd. Reforma, La Rosita, El Yaqui, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 05340 Ciudad de México, CDMX (Porsche Building). Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.; however, candidates must have flexible availability depending on operational needs.
