Position Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical technician or related professional to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment, industrial refrigeration systems, and air conditioning systems. Teamwork and commitment **EDUCATION:** Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Technician, TSU in Maintenance, or related field. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC equipment and direct expansion systems. * Install and carry out maintenance on industrial refrigeration equipment. * Interpret blueprints and diagrams. * Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, including mini-split units, packaged units, chillers, air handling units, control panels, air extractors, mechanical systems, and power systems. * Voltage handling. * Generate and document activity records. * Equipment startup. * Review and approve balancing reports. * Deliver technical support activity outputs (reports and technical assessments). **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Responsibility * Working under pressure * Commitment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Salary: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
