Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in foreign trade and international business to manage customs regulations and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the Foreign Trade Law and Customs Law 2. Knowledge of tariff classification and Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) 3. Handling of Certificates of Origin and regulations **Requirements:** * Academic level: Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, International Business or related field. * Gender: No preference. * Work experience: Minimum 1 year in this position. **Desirable experience in:** * Foreign Trade Law and its Regulations * Customs Law and its Regulations * Tariff regulations and restrictions * General Foreign Trade Rules and their Annexes * General Rules and Criteria on Foreign Trade issued by the Ministry of Economy (SE) * Miscellaneous Tax Resolution * Federal Tax Code * Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) * Certificates of Origin and their completion instructions * Tariff classification (Preferably for electronic and digital components) Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work location: Remote/hybrid work in 98500, Calera de Víctor Rosales Centro, Zac.
