Additionally, you will supervise the assembly team to maintain efficiency and achieve daily production targets. Minimum job requirements include a technical degree or diploma in plastics engineering or a related field, at least three years of experience operating plastic injection molding machines, and in-depth knowledge of injection molding processes. You must be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
