Job Summary: Maintain hotel facilities and equipment in optimal condition to ensure continuous operation and guest satisfaction through preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and services in optimal condition to ensure operational continuity and guest satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities. * Carry out masonry, painting, carpentry, and locksmithing work. * Verify proper functioning of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. * Conduct daily inspections across all hotel areas. * Respond to maintenance reports, guest complaints, and internal department requests. * Operate and supervise machinery and equipment. * Maintain records of maintenance activities. * Manage appropriate use of tools and materials. * Support other departments according to operational needs.
