Timely document management between the customer and the company. **Job Description / General Objective** * Provide support and follow-up on customer requests, ensuring satisfaction of their service needs through internal coordination with operational and administrative departments. **Main Functions (Responsibilities)** * **Order Management:** Coordinate with the Control Desk on service requests and specific customer requirements. * **Direct Customer Support:** Provide information and resolve customer inquiries regarding their inbound and outbound shipments and cargo status. * **Operational Follow-up:** Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and executed. * **Documentation:** Ensure timely flow of documents and information between the customer and the company, complying with established requirements. **Requirements (Candidate Profile)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 years in similar roles involving customer support or logistics management. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel). * Inventory administration and management. * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standard is desirable. * **Soft Skills Competencies:** * Strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork orientation. * Decision-making capability. **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs, with a daily 90-minute break; Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hrs. * **Location:** Ultra-Cold Refrigerated Facility in Mérida, Industrial City of Umán. * **Tools:** Company-provided computer equipment and office supplies.
