Vehicle care and customer attention Trailer Driver **Work Location:** Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico **Job Description** Contribute to the company’s progress by providing timely transportation services to customers, consistently upholding the highest quality standards, demonstrating readiness and service capability at all times, maintaining high responsibility for the assigned vehicle and transported cargo, and always delivering quality customer service. * Pickup and delivery of goods. * Documentation handling * Loading and unloading * Submission of evidence (PHOTO) * Mobile equipment operation * Route monitoring and tracking * Vehicle care * Documentation submission * Customer service * Safety equipment usage * Movement reporting **Requirements** * Customer service skills and enthusiasm. * Dynamic, committed, proactive individual; team player; self-care oriented; frustration-tolerant; honest; punctual; respectful; friendly; responsible. * Age between 25 and 55 years. * Must reside in the Toluca, Metepec, Tenango, or surrounding areas. * Secondary education. * Two years of experience. * Timely and proper pickup and delivery of goods. * Federal License Type B. * Local and out-of-state routes: Aguascalientes, Querétaro, Puebla, Veracruz, Guerrero, Cuernavaca, Monterrey, Chihuahua, Durango, Monterrey. **We Offer** * ü Guaranteed weekly salary of $2,000.00 MXN net, without going on route during the week. * Weekly salary: $2,000.00 MXN for low-activity weeks; up to $10,000.00 MXN net per week for high-activity weeks. * Working hours: Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off. * Statutory benefits and benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Insurance * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Uniforms * Per diems * Accommodation **Knowledge Requirements** * Experience driving trailers. * Basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle maintenance awareness. * Valid license and medical fitness certificate. * Experience in product or service delivery and pickup. * Experience in package loading and unloading. * Experience in cargo control. * Knowledge of stowage techniques and available packaging materials. * Customer service experience.
