Job Summary: A Power Platform Developer will create innovative enterprise solutions by designing applications, automating workflows, and building interactive dashboards. Key Highlights: 1. You will design and develop applications using Power Apps and automate workflows. **Capital Empresarial Horizonte Empresa Mexicana, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking:** Power Platform Developer **Conversational English required** To work in **Toluca** **Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 days on-site** **What will you do in this role?** As a Power Platform Developer, you will join an innovative and collaborative team, creating enterprise solutions that optimize business processes using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model\-driven). * Automate workflows using Power Automate. * Create interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. * Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other APIs. * Participate in analysis, design, and testing sessions with the IT team and key users. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with Power Platform (minimum 5 years). * Knowledge of development with Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint. * Familiarity with languages such as Power Fx, JSON, JavaScript, and/or C\#. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with non-technical users. **We offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage of 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
