Our core pillar is based on the philosophy “People First”, delivering holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career phase. *Join Our Team!* **3\-5 years of experience in:** * Experience in **managing national-level technological security projects**. * Technical experience in implementing and operating electronic security solutions. * Experience in **network infrastructure** (configuration, IP addressing, and connectivity). * Experience in **technical supervision of suppliers** and coordination with procurement departments. * Participation in **service and project negotiation and bidding processes**. * Experience in executing and tracking **preventive and corrective maintenance** (excluding installations). * Experience in data analysis, financial tracking, and budgetary control. * Proficiency with **key performance indicators (KPIs)** and preparation of executive reports. * Experience managing **multiple projects simultaneously**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Electronic Security: + CCTV + Access Control + Biometric systems and facial recognition * Technological Infrastructure: + Structured cabling + NAS, IDF, servers * Networks: + Connectivity and IP addressing (intermediate\-advanced level) + Firewall operation concepts * Tools and Platforms: + Power BI (intermediate level for dashboards) + SAP (expense and budget control) + Internal document management platforms * Management: + Budgetary control (CapEx and operational expenses) + Data analysis (expenses, accumulations, trends) + Supplier and contract management + Financial planning and tracking * Desired Knowledge: + Data Analytics + Artificial Intelligence (analytical focus) **Responsibilities:** * Manage, coordinate, and execute **national-level electronic security technology projects**. * Supervise proper implementation of **CCTV, access control, and technological infrastructure** solutions. * Monitor and ensure operation of networks and connectivity associated with security systems. * Coordinate suppliers, ensuring technical compliance, timelines, and costs. * Participate in **bidding, negotiation, and contracting processes** for services. * Analyze operational and financial information (expenses, KPIs, variances). * Design and monitor **Power BI control dashboards**. * Administer departmental budgets, including **CapEx and operational expenses**. * Control technical and administrative project documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments (Security, Finance, IT, Procurement) as a technical\-administrative liaison. * Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for systems. * Generate executive reports to support decision-making. **Competencies:** * Results Orientation, * Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving, * Clear Communication and Cross-Functional Collaboration, * Organization and Prioritization **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Administration, or related field. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for development and growth within the company.* Address Human Resources Department Position Technology and Projects - Human Resources Locations Santa Fe Corporate Office
