**Title:** Structural and Employee Mobility Analyst (Temporary) Requisition ID: 239715 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high\-performing culture. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and manage requests for position creation, organizational restructuring, and employee transfers for implementation in local and global Human Resources systems. * Analyze requests for position creation and nomenclature changes submitted by managers via the me@scotiabank organizational chart, for application through self-service. * Ensure the integrity, consistency, and alignment of organizational structures based on internal policies and corporate guidelines. * Advise employees and managers requiring structural changes, facilitating interpretation and execution of organizational changes. * Ensure that requested changes have the necessary approvals and supporting information for implementation in local and global Human Resources systems. **Requirements:** * Effective communication skills * Basic English proficiency * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Intermediate Excel and database skills * Report and dashboard development **Under no circumstances are pregnancy or HIV tests requested** **Scotiabank is an inclusive employer that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination** Location(s): Mexico : Ciudad de México : Cuauhtémoc Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
