Efficiently control inventory and expiration dates **Job Description:** We are seeking a Procurement Analyst responsible for managing the acquisition of materials, products, and services required for company operations, ensuring optimal quality, cost, and delivery time. The role includes managing purchase orders and monitoring product expiration dates to guarantee efficient inventory administration. Responsibilities: * Generate and track **purchase orders**. * Conduct quotations and price comparisons. * Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and quality standards with suppliers. * Monitor and update **product expiration dates** in inventory. * Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse department and verify material receipt. * Maintain an updated supplier and product catalog. * Record and control procurement expenses within the allocated budget. * Support the identification and evaluation of new suppliers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain. * Proficiency in **Intermediate Excel** or inventory management systems. * Knowledge of expiration date and inventory control. * Strong negotiation, planning, and pressure-management skills.
