We combine local expertise, strong systems, and data\-driven insights to improve service quality, reduce costs, and deliver an exceptional experience nationwide. **POSITION OVERVIEW** The **Repairs \& Maintenance Team Leader** will oversee a team of maintenance professionals who coordinate and execute repairs, service requests, and maintenance projects across multiple U.S. markets. This leader will manage daily performance, prioritize work effectively, and ensure repairs are completed on time, at a fair cost, and with high\-quality results. The ideal candidate brings strong management, critical thinking, and problem\-solving skills, with deep experience in **single\-family rental (SFR)** or residential maintenance operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Manage a High\-Performing Team** + You will be responsible for training and managing team members to achieve operational excellence. You will be involved in the hiring and development of your team.
