The Human Rights Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization’s human rights management, including due diligence, impact assessments, integration into environmental and social management systems, analysis of salient issues, and management of sensitive cases. The role involves preparing technical documents, managing data and key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting analysis, and supporting stakeholder engagement activities. The Specialist also contributes to managing sensitive cases, collaborating with communities and civil society organizations, and preparing reports aligned with international frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles, IFC Performance Standards, and Equator Principles IV. * Support the implementation of the human rights due diligence process. * Participate in Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIA). * Contribute to the identification of salient issues. * Support the integration of human rights management into the environmental and social management system. Specialization in Human Rights or related disciplines. * Experience in human rights risk and impact assessments. * Experience in due diligence. * Experience with international standards (UNGPs, IFC PS, EP IV). vi.
