Proposing improvements to warehouse processes **Forklift Operator** Job Objective: Safely and efficiently operate the forklift, ensuring proper handling, storage, and control of goods, with a focus on order, accuracy, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Safe forklift operation (loading, unloading, and product placement) in cyclical tasks * Strategic product placement (FIFO) * Goods receipt and verification * Inventory control and support during stock counts * Reporting incidents and deviations * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area * Proposing improvements to warehouse processes **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a forklift operator * Forklift operation experience (preferably seated or stand-up type) * Basic inventory knowledge * Education: High school diploma or technical degree * Experience in food or perishable products is desirable **Growth Plan** This position is designed as a developmental role, with potential advancement to Warehouse Supervisor (subject to performance, commitment, and leadership skills). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Product discount * Job stability * Real growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Employee discount Work Location: On-site employment
