Job Summary: Provide exceptional service to gym members in the locker room area, ensuring a premium experience through organization, cleanliness, and personalized attention. Key Highlights: 1. Position Details: * Position: Member Services. * Net monthly salary: $12,500.00 MXN (twelve thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.), tax-free. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm; Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm; rotating weekends. One-hour lunch break. One weekend day off. * Benefits: Statutory benefits. Position Objective: Deliver exceptional service to DÍNAMO gym members from the locker rooms, ensuring a premium experience on every visit through organization, cleanliness, personalized attention, and efficient response to their needs. Key Responsibilities: * Greet members in the locker room area with friendliness and a service-oriented attitude. * Ensure locker room facilities are always clean, organized, and in optimal working condition. * Consistently replenish supplies such as towels, personal hygiene amenities, and courtesy items. * Proactively and personally attend to members’ specific requests and requirements. * Monitor the proper functioning of lockers, showers, and other facilities, immediately reporting any malfunctions. * Assist in managing lost-and-found items and ensure their secure storage according to established protocols. * Collaborate closely with maintenance and cleaning teams to uphold the gym’s quality standards. * Promote respect for internal rules and policies governing locker room usage. * Consistently project a positive, professional, and member-wellbeing-oriented attitude.
