We seek passionate individuals with the following profile: Warehouse Worker / General Assistant **Job Objective:** Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, ensuring they are performed according to project requirements, while properly caring for equipment, tools, and materials—both those used daily and those integrated into the project. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Receive and verify materials delivered by suppliers at the site warehouse, ensuring quantities and specifications match purchase orders. * Count and validate received materials, accurately recording receipts in the warehouse control system. * Manage material dispatches using vouchers signed and authorized by site supervisors. * Maintain and update material inventory records, ensuring proper traceability. * Keep the warehouse orderly, clean, and in appropriate condition for safe material storage. * Supervise that no materials are removed without proper authorization and in accordance with established procedures. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum experience of **1–2 years in warehouse control**, preferably in **construction sites**. * Basic knowledge of **inventory control and material handling**. * Basic proficiency in **Excel or control record systems**. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Competencies and Skills:** * Inventory organization and control * Attention to detail * Responsibility and integrity * Orderliness and discipline in processes * Teamwork * Sense of material control and safeguarding **Knowledge Areas:** * Control and documentation of **material receipts and issuances**. * **Basic inventory control** and reconciliation of stock balances. * Handling of **warehouse vouchers** and material delivery documentation. * **Receiving, counting, and validating materials** against purchase orders or requisitions. * Organization and **material safeguarding in the warehouse**. * Basic knowledge of **construction materials** (desirable). * Basic proficiency in **Excel or control record systems**. * Application of **material control and safeguarding procedures on construction sites**. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Insurance and Life Insurance after one year of service * Savings Fund * Annual performance bonus.
