Define technical requirements and job competencies 2. Conduct candidate search, attraction, analysis, and screening 3. Coordinate talent evaluation and final selection 1. Job Profile Development * Meet with managers to understand position requirements. * Define technical requirements, competencies, and experience. * Draft and publish job descriptions. 2. Talent Sourcing and Attraction * Post vacancies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or Computrabajo. * Manage candidate databases. 3. Candidate Analysis and Screening * Review resumes and profiles. * Apply filters based on predefined criteria. * Conduct phone or in-person interviews. * Administer psychometric or technical assessments. 4. Evaluation and Selection * Coordinate interviews with supervisors or managers. * Recommend final candidates. 5. KPI Management * Early turnover rate * Propose improvements to recruitment processes. 6. Coordination and Follow-up * Maintain consistent communication with candidates. * Manage job offers. * Track progress through to onboarding. * Support onboarding processes.
