This role focuses on the "hands\-on\-keyboard" execution of our email marketing workflows. You will be the engine behind our deployment process, ensuring that every campaign is built, tested, and launched with 100% accuracy as we scale our volume. This is a junior\-to\-mid\-level role designed for someone who excels at the technical nuances of email setup and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Execution:** Execute the end\-to\-end setup of email campaigns, including HTML uploading, audience segmentation, and link tracking. * **Deployment \& QA:** Manage the deployment schedule and perform rigorous quality assurance testing to ensure high deliverability and rendering across all devices. * **Optimization:** Assist in the optimization of email workflows to maintain high delivery standards during high\-volume periods. * **Reporting:** Pull and organize performance data to provide accurate reporting on campaign health and KPIs. * **Collaboration:** Provide resource support for the senior leadership team (Juan and James) by handling the day\-to\-day tactical needs of the email department. ​​​​​​​**Requirements** * **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations. * **English Proficiency:** **Advanced/Fluent English (Must)**. You will be reporting directly to a US\-based team and must communicate clearly in writing and speech. * **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with major ESPs (Email Service Providers), basic HTML/CSS for email, and data management. * **Location:** 100% Remote. * **Work Style:** Highly organized with an "eagle eye" for detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
