Development in equipment inspection, diagnosis, and calibration. **Objective:** Ensure proper mechanical and electrical operation of production area processes (machinery and equipment) **Responsibilities:** * Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance * Preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and installations, as well as industrial motors * Perform visual inspections for fault diagnosis and detection * Perform trend analysis and calibration * Replace motors and electrical components * Handling of low- and medium-voltage systems * Use of multimeters * Conduct tests on machinery and equipment containing electrical components and/or systems * Reading and interpretation of electrical schematics and diagrams * Measuring instruments * Power and control panels * Knowledge of industrial electrical installations and industrial safety * Knowledge of mechanics **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Electricity, Electromechanics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Residency in areas adjacent to the company (Culiacán, Sinaloa) * Willingness to learn and flexibility regarding working hours Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Salary: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Employee referral program * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
