What You’ll Do? Leadership and Team Development Drive staff performance through coaching, feedback, and continuous follow-up. Monitor and evaluate calls with individual and group feedback. Identify areas for improvement and execute action plans. Assess team members’ knowledge, skills, and behaviors. Motivate and inspire staff to achieve sales targets. Real-Time Operational Supervision Provide support and resolve questions regarding products and processes. Handle escalated calls to supervisors. Conduct floor-level operational follow-up to ensure adherence to KPIs. Administrative Management Review payroll pre-lists and staff incidents. Track schedules, leave requests, tardiness, and absences. Validate pre-incentives and Quality & WFM reports. Monitor and escalate operational tool failures. Compliance and Quality Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and information security standards. Guarantee protection and confidentiality of personal data belonging to customers and colleagues. Promote team participation in the Quality Management System processes.
