We are seeking: Senior Service Leader Effectively manage customer relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and committed service levels, while coordinating internal resources to maximize customer satisfaction and service profitability Job Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in similar roles within operational and/or technology sectors, including at least 2 years in managerial decision-making positions with team responsibility. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration or related field. Advanced conversational English (mandatory) Project or digital account management Strong coordination skills Planning and assertive communication Process implementation and/or improvement Coordination of multidisciplinary teams Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Adobe (optional) Trello / Monday.com / Jira or other project management tools Job Responsibilities: Management, supervision, and monitoring of activities and goal attainment for personnel under supervision Customer relationship management Execution of new project rollouts Continuous improvement Risk and issue management We Offer: Gross monthly salary: 45,000 to 50,000 (100% nominal scheme) Statutory benefits effective immediately Additional benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday (hybrid arrangement starting from the third month) If you meet the profile, contact us at 55 64 86 21 91.
