Position Sought: Labor Relations Assistant (ATTORNEY) Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law Experience: 1 year of corporate labor relations experience (not from a law firm) Responsibilities: Conduct disengagement processes. Implement and monitor disciplinary actions. Calculate severance payments. Prepare monthly reports. Advise operational departments on best practices in labor relations. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations. Draft, sign, and safeguard employment contracts. Draft and implement administrative minutes and corrective measures. Administer employee termination and disengagement processes. Prevent labor risks through corrective actions and operational support. We Offer: 1. Net salary of MXN 14,000 2.
