




Job Summary: Versatile assistant providing support to management, commercial operations, tenders, project follow-up, and general administration. Key Highlights: 1. Support to management and commercial operations. 2. Participation in tenders and project follow-up. 3. Assistance in general office administration. Main Responsibilities: 1.- Management Support Management of schedules, meetings, and pending tasks follow-up. Preparation of reports, documents, and presentations. Organization and control of relevant information. 2.- Commercial Operations and Customer Service Customer service (email, telephone, and WhatsApp). Preparation and submission of quotations. Follow-up on commercial proposals. 3.- Tenders Compilation of administrative and technical files. Organization and control of documentation. Tracking of deadlines, deliveries, and processes. 4.- Project Follow-up Administrative support for project control. Coordination with internal departments (procurement, PMs, operations). Tracking of progress, pending items, and deliverables. 5.- General Administration Document control and archiving. Monitoring of administrative expenses.
