Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction and Maintenance Manager with experience in managing large-scale projects, developing maintenance plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. We are a young, dynamic, growing, 100% Mexican company, a leader in our industry, seeking talent to join our Great Team as: · Construction and Maintenance Manager Zone: Cuajimalpa · Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Engineering: Civil, Architecture, or related field (degree and professional license) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with CRM or ERP systems Experience and Knowledge: · Minimum 4–5 years in a similar role, managing teams and large-scale projects. Budget management, cost analysis, and financing. Design, construction, and maintenance of real estate assets. Development of annual preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, including renovations (multi-site and corporate). Contractor management (safety, permits, PPE). Regulatory compliance. Preparation of executive reports.
