Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor to lead teams, handle heavy structures, supervise construction sites, and manage projects in the fields of security, intelligence, and telecommunications. Project administration MER GROUP México — A telecommunications company with over 23 years of experience: we manufacture, market, and implement technology-based solutions in security, intelligence, cybersecurity, emergency response services, telecommunications, smart cities, and safe cities. ******WE ARE SEEKING****** CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Team leadership for construction crews Handling of heavy structures On-site generator installation Ensuring good construction practices Financial cost control Supervision of civil works Project administration REQUIREMENTS: Completed education: Civil Engineer or Architect OWN VEHICLE REQUIRED (financial support provided for insurance policy, gasoline card, and weekly maintenance) Experience in deep foundations Willingness to travel throughout the Mexican Republic (NO EXCEPTIONS) Installation of metal structures Immediate availability to start work WE OFFER: Biweekly salary paid on time ($21,000 MONTHLY GROSS) Working hours: Monday to Saturday Statutory benefits (from day one) plus additional benefits Monthly food vouchers ($1,360) Life insurance Per diems If you meet the profile and wish to join our great team, please apply through this channel.
