HR experience with a focus on private security Job Description: We are a company facing constant challenges, and therefore we seek your talent as an: HR Generalist. Responsibilities: Active recruitment of operational profiles, both in-office and in the field (guards, supervisors). File control and tracking. Filing. Initial and competency-based interviews. Management of digital platforms and social media. Distribution of uniforms, food vouchers, credentials, etc. Tracking of candidates’ medical examinations. Management of KPIs. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or Analyst (preferably in private security). Availability of time and transportation. Valid documentation. Completed bachelor’s degree. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We Offer: Monthly salary of $12,500 (including food vouchers). Work Location: Tepotzotlán, EDOMEX.
