Job Summary: Join CEGMX as a Revit Modeler to generate 3D models and drawings for diverse projects, collaborating with other departments to resolve conflict points. Key Responsibilities: 1. Revit model generation and native drawing production. 2. Identification and resolution of conflict points with other departments. 3. Collaboration in developing 3D models for various projects. Join CEGMX as our new Revit Modeler. Salary: $14,000 monthly, tax-free. Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm; Sat 9am–1pm Requirements: Technical professionals, architects, civil engineers, or related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite. Work Location: Cancún Job Duties: - Generate Revit models, including development and issuance of native drawings from the model. - Identify, track, and resolve project conflict points through continuous communication with other departments for developing 3D models and drawings for various projects such as parking structures, office buildings, stadiums, bridges, etc. MUST-HAVE: Reside in Cancún and/or be available to relocate to Cancún. Punctual, responsible, and proactive. Direct employment with the company.
