




Job Summary: Critical Technical-Operational Analyst responsible for ensuring accurate payroll calculation, fiscal stamping, and timely payroll disbursement, thereby safeguarding corporate profitability. Strategic Purpose** Ensure accurate payroll calculation, fiscal stamping, and timely payroll disbursement, safeguarding corporate profitability through technical validation of each labor payment against the authorized budget and actual project progress. **III. Scope and Technical Responsibilities** **A. Payroll Administration** * Weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation. * Fiscal stamping of payroll CFDIs in compliance with tax regulations. * Calculation of ISR, employment subsidy, and applicable withholdings. * Preparation of termination settlements and liquidations in accordance with legal requirements. * Bank reconciliation following disbursement. **B. Piecework Control** * Validation against the authorized budget per project. * Cross-check of physical progress versus payroll register. * Identification and reporting of variances. * Pre-disbursement validation. **C. Labor Cost Projection and Control** * Actual vs. budgeted comparison. * Reporting of labor cost overruns. * Monthly labor cost projection per project. **IV. Authority** * Reject piecework payments with technical inconsistencies. * Request corrections prior to disbursement. * Halt the payroll process in case of critical discrepancies. * Escalate budgetary variances to the Department Manager. **V. Required Professional Profile** **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in comprehensive payroll calculation and labor budgetary control. **Key Technical Knowledge:** * Applicable labor and tax legislation. * Advanced ISR calculation and settlement procedures. * Piecework control in construction/project environments. * Labor financial analysis and bank reconciliation. * Proficiency in payroll and CFDI stamping systems. **Competencies:** * Numerical accuracy. * High sense of accountability. * Analytical thinking. * Control and organization.
